Welcome to the California State & Garden Show store.

To book your exhibit space click on the Show Date to the left.  At check-out enter the code:  Book-online and save $25*.

Our store is set up to allow a convenient, secure way of selecting and purchasing your exhibit space.  If you don't see the size you need, please call. 

All exhibit spaces are professional draped and include a single 500-watt electrical service and a 7” x 42” identification sign.  Additional electrical power and other services can be ordered from the Decorator

A Health Permit is only required if you’ll be sampling a food or beverage.  In addition, you’ll need to download the Health Permit Application and submit it to the Show office 3 weeks prior to the Show.

Once you have completed your booking, you will be contacted to confirm your booth location.  All booths are subject to availability.  If your selected booth is unavailable you will have the option of selecting another booth or receiving a full refund.  Please shop with confidence knowing you will have the final approval.

You might want to review the information below before you start your booking: 

Booth type and size:  There are 3 different types of booths:

Inline - 10'x10' exhibit space, open to an aisle on one side, with an 8' tall back drape and 2 - 3' tall side drapes.  Can be combined with other booths to create a larger exhibit space.

Corner - 10'x10' exhibit space, open to an aisle on two sides, with an 8' tall back drape and 1- 3' tall side drape.  Can be combined with other booths to create a larger exhibit space.  Two corner booths, also called an end cap, are only allowed for spaces that are 20x20 or larger.

Marketplace - restricted to exhibitors with a "cash and carry" type of products only.  All booths will be 10' wide x up to 10' deep.  The show will assign the booths location on a space available basis.  The cash and carry restriction will be strictly enforced.

To Complete your Order

ON THE SIDE MENU - Select the Show

Click on the booth type and size you want.

Select the Show -  Aug. 2017 or Jan. 2018

To request a particular booth check the box and then enter the requested booth number(s).

Select your product category from the drop down menu

Provide a short product description or brand name.

Click “ADD TO CART”.  If you wish to book the other Show or an additional exhibit space in the same Show repeat the steps.

Health Permit is required if you will be sampling a food or beverage.  Follow the same steps as above to purchase Health Permit. And download the Application.

At Check-Out provide the complete company information and a contact name.

If you have a coupon code you will enter it just prior to checking out.

Payment terms:  Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted – sorry NO American Express

Payment in full is do 70 days prior to the first day of the Show.  Prior to this date, the price at check out will only be 50% of the total booth fee.  Exhibitor will be responsible for the balance of the booth cost.  Final payment will be due 60 days prior to move-in.  Move-in will be approximately 1 to 2 days before the Show opens.  If you are within the 70 day window you will be charged the full booth fee at check out.

  * Market Place booths are already heavily discounted and are not eligible for further discounts.
